Drawing Check Support AI
Likely oversights, with the evidence behind them, against your design standards and past findings.
We check 3D models, assemblies, and 2D drawings against your internal design standards (tolerances, material constraints, clearances, and more) and against past drawing-check findings, and present candidate oversights with their evidence. This is not a package of standard check items: it is custom development built to your own standards and unwritten rules.
Data you need to start: design standards documents and records of drawing-check findings. Any format is fine, and if they are scattered we review them in the initial assessment.
3 findings
- Clearance 2.0mm — Internal standard 3.0mm or more
- Material not specified — SUS304
- Chamfer note missing — C0.5
Symptoms this addresses
- 01
Waiting for drawing checks has become the bottleneck of design.
- 02
The quality of findings depends on the experience of the reviewer.
- 03
Junior engineers' drawings are sent back repeatedly because the internal standards are unwritten.
- 04
In derivative designs, past changes and findings are not carried over, and oversights slip through.
How it works
The system reads drawings and models and checks them against your standards and past findings. Every finding carries its evidence — the relevant clause of an internal standard, a similar drawing, a past finding — and the engineer decides whether to accept it. The record of those decisions raises the accuracy of the next check.
Where human judgment sits
The final judgment belongs to the engineer. The AI goes as far as presenting candidate oversights and their evidence.

What you'll see in the demo
We check one or two drawings you bring with you against a sample set of standards we prepare, and you see how candidate findings and their evidence come back. You can judge on the spot whether the granularity of the findings, and the way they are shown, fit how your floor works.
How a rollout proceeds
We use a gated approach: an initial assessment measures your current state, and the effect is confirmed at each stage before moving to the next phase.
01
30 minFree consultation
We ask about your drawing-check flow and where the standards documents and finding records live.
02
1–2 weeksInitial assessment
We review the volume, format, and confidentiality classification of the standards and finding records.
03
4–8 weeksEffectiveness validation
We run a sample check on past drawings and measure how far the findings agree.
04
3–6 monthsFloor integration and field validation
We deploy alongside the actual drawing check of one department.
05
6 months and beyondOngoing accuracy improvement and sustained adoption
Under a continuing engagement, we tune accuracy on real data from the floor, sustain adoption on the floor, and guard against the AI model's accuracy degrading over time.
06
ProgressivelyExpansion
We extend to other departments, other sites, and related processes.
The scope and duration of the free validation, and the criteria for moving to a paid engagement, are set out in writing before we start.
Illustrative rollout
Whatever the field or the situation, we provide solutions that fit the way your floor actually works.
Automotive components
Applied to the checking of jig and equipment drawings. Unlike production parts, the standards for equipment drawings were thinly documented and rested on the memory of veterans. Standards are reconstructed from past finding records, and candidate findings are presented with their evidence. The final judgment stays with the equipment designer.
Industrial machinery
Applied to the pre-shipment check of machines whose specifications change with every order. Findings and rework records from past projects surface candidate oversights caused by specification differences, so the checker can concentrate on reviewing the candidates.
Security
We deliver configurations in which your drawings and standards documents are not used to train AI. On-premises and closed-network deployments, storage within Japan, and limiting the range of staff with access are all supported.
