Drawing & 3D Model Design Support AI
Editable first drafts, built from the assets of your similar designs.
Positioning
This menu pays off when you already hold a certain volume of past 3D models and drawings. While that data is still thin, Drawing Check Support AI or Design Knowledge AI will let you confirm the results sooner.
It plugs into your existing CAD environment and proposes editable first drafts from requirements and your own similar designs. This is not a general-purpose feature that generates anything from text: it is first-draft support that starts from your design assets — similar units and past models — on the premise that the engineer finishes the work.
Data you need to start: an accumulation of past 3D models and 2D drawings.
Symptoms this addresses
- 01
Similar designs are rebuilt almost from scratch every time.
- 02
First drafts consume drafting effort rather than design consideration.
- 03
Nobody knows where the past similar models are, so rebuilding has become faster than searching.
- 04
First drafts are built differently by each engineer, which causes rework downstream.
How it works
You enter the requirements, and it assembles an editable first draft while presenting your own similar designs as its evidence. What it produces is not meant to be used as is: the engineer reviews, corrects, and finishes it.
Where human judgment sits
The first draft is a starting point. The design is done by the engineer.
What you'll see in the demo
You see a first draft being assembled from sample similar designs, and how far it can be edited in CAD. You can confirm that what it produces comes out in an editable form.
How a rollout proceeds
We use a gated approach: an initial assessment measures your current state, and the effect is confirmed at each stage before moving to the next phase.
01
30 minFree consultation
We ask which design categories are in scope and how much similar design work has accumulated.
02
1–2 weeksInitial assessment
We review the volume and format of your model and drawing assets, and your CAD environment.
03
4–8 weeksEffectiveness validation
We prototype first drafts for a representative design category, and your engineers judge whether they are usable.
04
3–6 monthsFloor integration and field validation
We embed it as an extension (add-in) in your CAD environment and validate it in real work.
05
6 months and beyondOngoing accuracy improvement and sustained adoption
Under a continuing engagement, we tune accuracy on real data from the floor, sustain adoption on the floor, and guard against the AI model's accuracy degrading over time.
06
ProgressivelyExpansion
We widen the design categories covered.
The scope and duration of the free validation, and the criteria for moving to a paid engagement, are set out in writing before we start.
Illustrative rollout
Whatever the field or the situation, we provide solutions that fit the way your floor actually works.
Industrial machinery
For conveyance units designed anew with every order, a first draft is raised on the evidence of past similar units, and the engineer finishes the differences in requirements. The aim is a state where time goes into consideration rather than drafting.
Automotive components
For resin parts with many derivative part numbers, first drafts start from past similar models. The engineer concentrates on reflecting and validating the differences in requirements, and the drafting effort goes down.
Security
We deliver configurations in which your models and drawings are not used to train AI. On-premises and closed-network deployments, storage within Japan, and limiting the range of staff with access are all supported.
